A. Squat Clean Piramide in kgs
5 (60%) – 4 (70%) – 3 (80%) – 2 (90%) – 1 (100%)
1 (100%) – 2 (90%) – 3 (80%)- 4 (70%) – 5 (60%)

Rest as needed between the sets!

B. BuddyWOD – I Go, You Go:
1) 3 Rounds of:
– 50 Sec. ME Kcal Assault Bike
– 10 Sec. to switch to Bud2

2) 3 Rounds of:
– 50 Sec. ME Speedsteps
– 10 Sec. to switch to Bud2

3) 3 Rounds of:
– 50 Sec. ME Kcal Rowing
– 10 Sec. to switch to Bud2

4) 3 Rounds of:
– 50 Sec. ME Burpees
– 10 Sec. to switch to Bud2

Tomorrow we’ll host the Beach Throwdown Qualifiers 2017 in the box. If you’re participate, consider a restday!
Whiteboard talk will start Saturday at 08:30 am. First heat of WOD1 will start at 09:15 am. To all athletes; please be in time! 
On the Saturday, there’ll be NO CrossFit, CrossFit@ThePark, Strongman or Open Box classes available.
